Choose your dates on the homepage or the Apartments page, compare available apartments, and complete checkout in a few minutes. You receive a booking reference and a secure link to manage your reservation — no account required.

You can choose bank transfer or pay at the property (card or cash on arrival). Online card payment is coming soon. Every booking states its payment status clearly.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00 Cairo time unless your apartment's page says otherwise — each apartment lists its exact times. Early check-in and late checkout can be added as paid services, subject to availability.

Yes — open your secure Manage Booking link to request date changes or cancellation. The cancellation policy shown at checkout applies; our team confirms every change by email or WhatsApp.

Married couples are very welcome. In line with Egyptian tourism regulations we cannot host unmarried couples sharing an apartment, and where either guest is an Egyptian national we ask to see a marriage certificate at check-in. Families and groups of friends are always welcome.

All food is home-style and prepared fresh, so orders placed today are served the next day. Choose your dishes and delivery time, tell us about any allergies, and we bring it to your apartment door.

Leave a laundry bag with our team before 10:00. Wash-and-fold comes back the next day; same-day service is available with limited capacity. Ironing is charged per item.

We can arrange a trusted driver on request via WhatsApp — share your flight number in your booking and we'll coordinate timing.

From our own family farm outside Cairo. Jars are filled in small batches; buy them in the Farm Shop for delivery to your apartment during your stay, local delivery, or pickup.

New Cairo is a calm, modern district with excellent restaurants and shopping, about 20–30 minutes by car from the airport. Central Cairo and the pyramids are day-trip distance by car or ride-hailing.
