House Rules

Our building is a quiet residential home for guests and neighbors alike.

• Married couples only: in line with Egyptian tourism regulations, unmarried couples cannot share an apartment. Couples where either guest is an Egyptian national are asked to present a marriage certificate at check-in.
• No parties or events.
• Daytime visitors are welcome; overnight guests must be registered.
• Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00.
• Smoking and pet rules vary per apartment and are listed on each apartment's page.
• Please report damage when it happens — accidents are handled fairly.
• Conserve water and electricity when you leave the apartment.

Repeated or serious violations can end a stay without refund, which we genuinely hope never to do.
